  27. Get and install the shareware serial driver SIO.SYS (can be found at the usual
  28. sites, like hobbes.nmsu.edu).  Even IBM recommends this driver as it is MUCH
  29. more efficient, defaults to hardware flow control (the default OS/2 driver
  30. uses XON/XOFF as the default), allows 115200 bps DTE speed, etc.
